L’Abbazia di Fiastra sorge nella bassa valle del Chienti in prossimità dell’omonimo fiume, nel territorio dei comuni di Tolentino e Urbisaglia e rappresenta il più importante edificio monastico delle Marche. Di uno stile di transizione dal romanico al gotico rispecchia in pieno l’influsso cistercense di sapore lombardo.

Ascoli Piceno – Il suo centro storico costruito quasi interamente in travertino è tra i più ammirati della regione e del centro Italia, in virtù della sua ricchezza artistica e architettonica. Conserva diverse torri gentilizie e campanarie e per questo è chiamata la Città delle cento torri. In esso si trova la rinascimentale Piazza del Popolo, considerata tra le più belle piazze d’Italia.

Urbino – Fu uno dei centri più importanti del Rinascimento italiano, di cui ancora oggi conserva appieno l’eredità architettonica, dal 1998 il suo centro storico è patrimonio dell’umanità UNESCO. Tra i vari luoghi da visitare si vuole ricordare: Palazzo Ducale, la casa di Raffaello, il Duomo e la Data.

Il Monte Cònero o monte d’Ancona con i suoi 572 m di altezza è il promontorio più importante del medio Adriatico e quello che ha le rupi marittime più alte di tutto l’Adriatico italiano (più di 500 metri). Nonostante la sua limitata altitudine, merita appieno il nome di monte per l’aspetto maestoso che mostra a chi lo osserva dal mare, per i suoi sentieri alpestri, per gli strapiombi altissimi con panorami mozzafiato e per le attività che vi si svolgono tipiche della montagna, come l’arrampicata libera. Sul promontorio si estende il Parco regionale del Conero.
